JPM Contractors is a full service contracting company that can provide our clients with a wide variety of products and services. Our broad range of both commercial and residential projects, working with local architects and designers allow us to offer you the most flexible options for your project. Our projects include new homes, commercial office space, kitchen and bath remodeling, space planning with whole house renovations. We design projects in house as well as work with architects, interior designers and structural professionals to provide you with the best possible outcome. We specialize in the use of unique materials to create one of a kind designs to make your project unique.

ESTIMATE, DESIGN

After an initial consultation with a sales professional, we will prepare a preliminary estimate for your project. The estimate will include pricing, a brief scope of the work to be done and an outline of the materials to be used. Upon approval of our initial estimate we can begin to design your project, prepare a preliminary schedule and finalize pricing and payment/ financing options. For smaller projects we accept all major credit cards, for larger projects we work with area lenders to provide you with the very best options.

CONSTRUCTION

Before we begin work, we will meet to introduce you to the project team assigned to your job. At this time we can discuss workday schedule and any special considerations to make the project as non intrusive as possible. At JPM we pride ourselves on quality work and a clean safe environment for both our workers and clients. Most work is done by our own employees and a small select group of sub-contractors , all workers are fully insured for your protection. JPM Contractors will secure all/any necessary permits for your project. Periodic meetings will be scheduled to be sure your project is proceeding to completion.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT

When your project is substantially complete we will schedule a walk-thru to ensure it has been completed to your satisfaction. Any outstanding items or items needing correction will be noted and addressed as soon as practical. All work done by JPM Contractors is warranteed for 1 year after completion, materials installed are subject to manufacturer's warranties and may be longer or shorter.
